"System error code 5"?

I am now doing the final test of my publication (HTML Executable 4.1.1 / IE publication / portable version)
After “compile publication”, I executed my publication and saw "system error code5"
What does this mean?
(I feel my publication is way too big : 4,000folders / 76,000files / 2.51GB / 2,000 hyperlinks)
Does this file size cause error?

system error code5 = Access denied

This error means that the publication could not write its data to the USB disk where it is located.
You should allow the USB disk to be writeable, at least the folder where the publication EXE file is located. It could also be a permission problem. This is not a bug of HTML Executable.
