This is by far the worst support for a paid software i have ever seen. Most of us are business users and do pay for a reliable software and a reliable support. Especially if there are any problems the producer needs to help. Otherwise the use of the software is really restricted. g.d.g software seems not interested in solving customer problems or does not need customer satisfaction. I hope that g.d.g will work on it in the future.
