Unable to load Registered1 Certificate copy

hihi, everyone. I am new to this software.
I am facing problem in compiling the ebook.
I have compiled the ebook and set it restricted to open using activation code.
When first time i run the application, i have activated the ebook successfully. The application will close and when i rerun the application, nag screen still appear and ask for activation code. The registered certificate copy will not be loaded. Can anyone know how to solve the problem? thank you
 
Make sure you did not set an expiration date or number of runs too small in the Registered 1 certificate. Some customers enter “1” as allowed runs for instance, and of course, the ebook expires immediately after the first run…
