Unexpected error while loading protected workbook

Hi, I’ve had the same issue as another user. The thread was not completed, so I don’t know the solution.

The issue prevents the workbook from opening on the user’s computer with Win 7 and Office 2010. The message is: Unexpected error while loading protected workbook:Violation d’acces l’adresse 153B7981 dans le module ‘FM20.dll’. Lecture de l’adresse 000000.

Please restart the protection program.

Make sure your customer is using the latest version of Office 2010 with all updates and SPs.
