Upload selection screen bug(Resolved)

When selecting a file to upload, the selection screen has some breaks in the graphic.

Windows 7 SP1 64bits

Normal selection screen in google chrome(no bug):

Resolved by checking:
Do not use skins for system dialogs
I think it must be a conflict with the skin.

It’s a known problem of the skin engine, we’re still waiting for a fix. That’s why we provide the option you highlighted.
