Virustotal showing 3 malware warning

Hello,

I checked my Excel file on virustotal without any problems. Then I converted with the new XLS Padlock and signed (Code Signing Certificates) with “DigiCertUtil” and it is showing 3 malware warning.

Interesting (!): The problem is only when I convert it to 32-Bit! No problem when I convert it to 64-Bit.

Is there really a problem?

Not really but it is strange that you still get false positives with a digitally signed file. Have you checked that the digital signature is correct (in the File Properties of Windows Explorer)?
You can also submit your EXE files to antivirus vendors: they will fix their issue, even generally whitelist your certificate.
