Htmlexe log says "Using cached archive file: files are not compressed again since they seem not to have been modified since the last build.
To force HTML Executable to recompress all files, select the “Build Full Publication” menu command.
Where is the “Build Full Publication” menu command to force recompress of all files, instead of using the cached files?
