Windows 11 problem

Good morning. Windows 11 made an update affecting HTMLEXE. I don’t understand how HTMLEXE is not independent of Windows. xx Anticipating those collateral damages that can be used, I have been unable to update my books and support for several days, it only says that it is being worked on and an alternative is to return to the previous version of Windows when that is not the solution
Additionally, the new version 2024.1 is about to turn one year old and to date there have been no updates, therefore if you turn one year old and do not renew your subscription you will lose the new updates. The support service is slow and it is understandable but they do not add support staff and this problem has been going on for more than 8 years.

Sure, thank you for your feedback. We need to first release our latest major update for our other product, Paquet Builder. As a result, all of our software programs will be up-to-date with our latest development tools, and we will be able to focus more on quick updates.

Unfortunately, it took us more time than expected, and we were also impacted by the failure of Digital River’s MyCommerce platform. This forced us to find new resellers while losing more than €10,000 in sales.

I hope you understand that we had to reduce our team temporarily to address these difficulties.

Finally, we cannot anticipate Windows Updates that break software. That’s not possible, just take a look at this page:

Fortunately, we have consistently released updates to our software over the years and we hope to do so in the future.
