Windows size and position not working

I have installed the latest update but I have problems with the position and size of the window, I set everything in the main windows section, but it seems that it is not saved in the application
 
no, I opened some projects related to the previous version and they had no problems, I also tried to remove all the flags of the main window, but I still have a problem. isn’t it a bag of the new version?
 
It appears that you chose “Display a maximized window”. In that case, the user’s preferences are discarded since it will automatically always show a maximized window at startup.
