Hi this is not a question, more of a helpful tip.
We have a system distributed by secure USB flash drive with a password.
The file is a series of pivot tables storing a large amount of data (over 90k in size)
We found one of our users impatiently clicking on the button after feeding her password in, causing the system to crash out.
she kept complaining to us about it not working, but whenever we went and took a look, it all worked fine.
it wasn’t until we waited for her to access it on one occaision that we saw how the crash was happening.
bottom line - if your file is large and takes time to load, ask your users to give it time to load before clicking on the ’ click here if nothing happens’ button.
